This role is part of the Data Center Solutions Group, located at our main campus in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Job DescriptionBroadcom is searching for a DFT IC Design Engineer to drive next‑generation AI/ML ecosystems through our PCIe Switch Products and manage mega datacenters, ensuring world‑class performance with our Enterprise Storage Products. The position requires in‑depth knowledge and expertise in DFT‑related aspects of IC Design through RTL and netlists.
Responsibilities- Execution of DFT implementation, verification, and debug
- Working with BISR, BIST, MBIST, SCAN, ATE, ATPG
- Hierarchical DFT flow and methodology development
- Collaborating with IC Design RTL Engineers and Physical Design Engineers
- Must work in person at our Colorado Springs site; no remote work allowed.
- Proficiency in Siemens Tessent Tool
- Full DFT cycle experience in RTL/Netlist, including scan/BIST insertion, pattern generation, pre‑silicon and post‑silicon debug, preferably in a lead role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering - 12+ years of relevant experience
The annual base salary range is $127,100 - $203,400. The position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and equity according to plan documents and agreements.
