We are seeking an experienced Level 3 Network Engineer to join our fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in network engineering and design, with a focus on maintaining security and solving complex problems using innovative solutions. This role requires a bachelor’s degree in network engineering or equivalent experience, along with an active secret clearance. Experience working in a national security ‘no-fail’ mission is essential.

• Analyze customer requirements and solve unusually complex problems with highly innovative solutions.
• Provide expert knowledge for maintenance and upgrade of networks, including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, remote access systems, and telecom equipment.
• Ensure network integrity and connectivity while ensuring compliance with policies and maintaining system backup and recovery capability.
• Analyze, evaluate, and plan methods of approach, organizing means to achieve solutions for complex technical problems.
• Develop advanced engineering ideas and guide their development into final products.
• Develop advanced solutions to a variety of highly complex engineering problems.
• Perform highly advanced network/systems design, development, and integration from the start of a project life cycle to the end.
• Provide and apply advanced engineering to highly complex infrastructures, including installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining network devices, telecom equipment, radio equipment, operating systems, application software, and system management tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in network engineering or five plus (5) years of related experience.
• Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
• Expert knowledge in the maintenance and upgrade of networks, including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, remote access systems, and telecom equipment.
• Experience in developing and/or sustaining national security ‘no-fail’ mission systems.

• Networking and Security certifications.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with sustaining PARCS or other Strategic Warning and Surveillance radar systems such as PAVE PAWS.
• Understanding of Agile Waterfall Sprints, Cameo, Doors, Solid Works, and technical drafts review.

This is a Contract position based out of Colorado Springs, CO.

The pay range for this position is $45.00 – $65.00/hr.

This is a hybrid position in Colorado Springs,CO.
