LocationColorado Springs, CO 80921
Responsibilities- Identifying required resources and developing/detailing mission objectives for the system(s) under test.
- Developing data archival and analysis plans and producing post‑mission reports.
- Responsible for configuration management and control of test resources, articles, and tools for data collection during events.
- Active Final TS clearance with the ability to obtain an SCI.
- Understanding of systems engineering processes and logistics principles, including artifact generation such as specifications, Interface Control Documents, System Architecture Descriptions, Use Cases, and Trade Studies.
- Experience working in an integrated team environment.
- U.S. citizenship and a DoD government security clearance at the Top Secret level.
- Approximately 10% travel to customer sites throughout the U.S. may be required.
- Experience with network applications and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with military missile defense systems (AN/TPY2, SBIRS/BOA, Aegis, THAAD, Patriot, SBX).
- Experience in ballistic missile defense systems is highly desired.
- Ability to analyze high‑level needs and refine them into integrated requirements that lead to a fielded product.
- Leadership skills to direct portions of the activity and manage fellow engineers.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present technical approaches and findings clearly.
- Writing and implementing engineering plans within a project.

Work Schedule4×10‑hour day schedule with 3 days off per week.
Benefits & PayPay Rate: $104,500 – $184,115 (state‑specific range). For other states, the range will reflect the final work location.
