Job Description & How to Apply Below
Our people tackle the toughest technical challenges, supported by competitive benefits, meaningful career development, and a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence. Choose MITRE for a career with purpose — and help shape the future.
Launched in 2025, Space Enterprise Mission Division (SEMD) was established to deliver economies in scope and scale across the MNS sponsor aligned space war fighting enterprise. SEMD supports critical organizations from headquarters through operational commands and acquisition centers including HQ USSPACECOM, Combat Forces Command, Space Forces PACIFIC, Space Training and Readiness Command, HQ USSF, Space Systems Command, SF/S9 Space Warfighting Analysis Center (SWAC) and Space Security and Defense Program (SSDP), and other space related agencies and offices.
We deliver impactful technical capabilities with a focus on space warfighter integration, C2 integration, and space futures, partnering across the government and industry space enterprise to bring capabilities to bear to achieve Joint mission objectives, deliver joint space combat power, and enable superiority in all domains.
The Space Warfighting Integration Department brings the space enterprise to bear on the all-domain fight by aligning mission needs, technical capabilities, and sponsor priorities across the national security space enterprise. We provide mission integration, mission engineering, architecture performance and resilience analysis, and advanced modeling, simulation, and operational analysis to inform recommendations and strengthen decision-making. Our work helps the mission partners, operational users, and acquirers close kill chains, strengthen operational readiness, and connect operational needs to future force design, integrated test and evaluation, training, and the operationally relevant infrastructure needed to field combat-credible capabilities.
We address mission-critical challenges across space operations, command and control integration, and future force design.

The Program Coordinator aligns sponsor priorities, warfighter needs, and MITRE capabilities across the space operations portfolio to improve mission outcomes and broaden MITRE’s impact in space war fighting.
