Sr. Accountant – Music/Global

Base pay range: $66,497.00/yr - $83,121.00/yr
OverviewAre you an experienced accounting professional passionate about excellence, stewardship, and supporting God’s work across the nations? Our ministry is seeking a Sr. Accountant – Music/Global to advance Kingdom impact through financial integrity, insightful analysis, and support of our global outreach and worship resources.
Position SummaryAs the Sr. Accountant – Music/Global, you will strengthen the financial health of our Integrity Music division and Global Ministry operations by:
- Providing financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic insights for senior leadership.
- Overseeing complex accounting for music revenue streams—royalties, publishing, licensing, artist transactions, and more.
- Supporting global teams with reporting on international book and music sales, donor‑funded initiatives, and restricted funds.
- Ensuring transparent, accurate accounting that reflects biblical stewardship and honors donor intent.
- Building efficient processes and financial models that equip leadership to make data‑driven, mission‑centered decisions.
- Lead accounting for Integrity Music and Global operations (GAAP compliant, ASC 606, IFRS familiarity a plus).
- Manage royalty accounting, financial reconciliations, intercompany consolidations, and foreign currency adjustments.
- Support donor‑related financial reporting and stewardship of restricted funds.
- Prepare financial statements, dashboards, and leadership insights for budgeting and forecasting.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams and auditors to maintain financial excellence and transparency.
- Drive process improvement and efficiency across accounting and reporting workflow.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 4–7 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Experience with royalty accounting, nonprofit fund accounting, or music industry finance (highly preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
Net Suite and Qlik Sense a plus. - Deep understanding of GAAP, revenue recognition (ASC 606), reconciliation, and analysis.
- A high level of integrity, discretion, and professional judgment.
- A heart for ministry, stewardship, and supporting global Kingdom work.
