Wealth Management Advisor – Colorado Springs at U.S. Bank
We are looking for an experienced Wealth Management Advisor to join our team in Colorado Springs. As a key member of our Wealth Management Team, you will lead investment planning and insurance products for high‑net‑worth clients.
Job DescriptionThe Wealth Management Advisor (WMA) is responsible for delivering portfolio management, trust administration, investment advisory and insurance services. You will work closely with clients and families to understand their unique goals, build goal‑based investment portfolios, and provide economic and market insights using U.S. Bank’s Asset Management Group (AMG) or U.S. Bancorp Investment’s open‑architecture platforms.
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3–5 years of financial sales experience, preferably with affluent clients
- FINRA Series 7, 63, 65 or 66 license and applicable state insurance license
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, including goals‑based planning, asset allocation, retirement planning, and education funding
- Expertise in the securities industry and U.S. Bancorp Investments’ products and services
- Extensive knowledge of private banking products, credit processes, and policies
- Relationship management, sales, and new‑business development skills
- Analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with relational and planning software tools

This role offers an annual base salary between $65,000 and $78,000, plus incentive opportunities based on performance.
