The primary purpose of this position is:
To serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to the Budget Integration Branch, in the Requirements, Analysis and Resources Directorate, NORAD and USNORTHCOM. The organizational location: HQ, NORAD and USNORTHCOM, J8, Peterson SFB, CO.
Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Budget Integration Branch, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and customer needs. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represents Comptroller and Command Leadership with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Initiates studies and analyzes program budget, budgets, and manpower issues and makes determinations and recommendations on various courses of action. Provides expert advice, guidance, and understanding of resourcing issues related to program, budget, or related data analytics.
