Role Description The Licensed Esthetician / Advanced Skin Rejuvenation Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Colorado Springs, CO. This role focuses on providing customized facial treatments, advanced skin rejuvenation services, and professional skincare consultations tailored to each client’s needs and goals. Daily responsibilities include performing skin analyses, recommending appropriate products and treatment plans, delivering services such as chemical peels, exfoliation treatments, and targeted corrective procedures, and maintaining detailed service records.

The specialist will also perform hair removal services, uphold strict sanitation and safety protocols, and ensure treatment areas and equipment are clean and ready for use. In addition, the role involves building rapport with clients, supporting retail and service sales through thoughtful recommendations, collaborating with the studio team, and participating in ongoing training and education to stay current with techniques and products.

• Laser technician certification or documented laser training
• Strong foundation in Skin Care and Cosmetology, including knowledge of skin types, conditions, and advanced rejuvenation techniques.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to create a welcoming environment, listen to client concerns, and foster long-term relationships.
• Sales skills to ethically promote services and skincare products that support client treatment plans and studio goals.
• Current state Esthetician license in good standing; advanced certifications in skin rejuvenation, peels, or related modalities are highly beneficial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain treatment options and home-care routines clearly.
• Commitment to hygiene, safety, and compliance with all local and state regulations and studio protocols.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, manage a consistent appointment schedule, and work collaboratively in a team-based studio environment.
• Interest in ongoing professional development and staying informed about new technologies, ingredients, and treatment methods.
• Experience with advanced skin rejuvenation treatments
• Strong client consultation and treatment-package sales skills
