We are seeking a licensed,
Christ-centered therapist who specializes in couples and/or trauma therapy.

This role is for in-person sessions at our beautiful office in Colorado Springs, CO
.

Required:

• Active CO license: LPC or LMFT
• Strong Christian faith and ability to integrate faith-based approaches in therapy
• Experienced and passionate about working with couples and/our individuals with trauma
• Believe in Cornerstone s Mission, Vision, and Statement of Faith.

Strongly Preferred:

• Training in Emotionally Focused Therapy or Gottman Method
• Trainings or certifications in Brain Spotting, EMDR or other trauma-informed modalities

Your Commitment:

• Weekly group supervision attendance (Wednesdays, 9-11am MT)
• Willingness to commit to at least two weeknight evening blocks or one weeknight evening and one Saturday block per week
• A minimum schedule availability of 15 hours/week, filling 80% of that schedule weekly
• Attend ongoing training and pursue specialization and certifications
• Build long-term client relationships (averaging 10+ sessions per client)

• Commission pay: $75-$108/hour (depending on tier level)
