Cedar Springs Hospital is seeking a talented and dynamic Inpatient Therapist to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals!
Full‑Time, Friday – Monday, 10‑hour shift.
Minimum Salary: $72,000 | Maximum Salary: $75,000.

Responsibilities: The therapist role is designed to provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients in acute‑care, residential or outpatient settings. The therapist is responsible for treatment and discharge planning and for interfacing with community agencies and referral sources throughout the client’s course of treatment. The Acute Care Social Worker will oversee all social work functions for acute patients and staff, including psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, active treatment, discharge planning, and social work personnel.

- Requires strong organizational and communication skills, working knowledge of personal computer, ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to complete required clinical paperwork according to established protocol and regulatory agency requirements.
- Must maintain professional and appropriate boundaries with clients and families.
- Ability to act professionally in high‑stress situations.
- Masters degree in a counseling related field, MSW, LCSW, LPCC, LPC, licensed or seeking licensure in the State of Colorado.
- One year clinical experience working with Children, Adolescents, or Adults.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Requires full range of body motion, including handling and physical restraint of patients.
- Ability to perform CPR and first aid.
- Ability to work rotating schedules.
- Ability to drive a vehicle if necessary.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write.
- Emotional stability necessary to perform the essential functions of the job.
- Vision and hearing sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
