Responsibilities
  • Provide 24/7, 365‑day emergent EMS response on the site.
  • Deliver paramedicine pre‑hospital support to patients within, outside the site, and during transfer to higher levels of care.
  • Operate ambulance services and support the medical team within the clinic.
  • Assist medical providers with procedures and treatments within licensed scope.
  • Assess and document patient vital signs, chief complaint, medical history, and medications.
  • Report all changes in patient conditions to the medical provider.
  • Administer basic paramedic‑level care independently within standing orders and SOPs.
  • Assist patients with basic care and activities of daily living as needed.
  • Provide support and education to help patients make responsible health decisions.
  • Maintain area of responsibility supply inventory and restock EMS units as supplies are received.
  • Cross‑train to work within clinics, emergency rooms, and inpatient units.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Knowledge
  • Assess and treat adult and pediatric patients in a pre‑hospital setting.
  • Perform ALS interventions in accordance with protocols.
  • Administer medications in adult and pediatric patients in accordance with protocols.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient IT skills, including use of electronic medical records systems.
Essential Capabilities
  • Function accurately and efficiently in high‑pressure or emergent situations.
  • Respond calmly during emergencies.
  • Culturally sensitive and willing to work with a foreign‑national patient population.
  • Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Work effectively with individuals of diverse age and economic backgrounds.
  • Manage and provide concise directions to supporting staff.
  • Adapt quickly to changing work conditions and responsibilities.
Required Work Experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of paramedic experience in a busy 911 system.
  • Experience in a remote setting is preferred.
  • Prior military or fire experience preferred.
Licenses and Certifications
  • Current unrestricted U.S. license as a Paramedic – Required.
  • Paramedic Level Certification (NRP) from the National Registry (NREMT) – Required.
  • Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications – Required.
  • Tactical Combat Casualty Care or Pre‑Hospital Trauma Course – Preferred.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support – Preferred.
Passport Requirement

A valid passport is required and must be in possession prior to deployment. Applicants must have at least 18 months remaining before renewal and must maintain it during the stay.

Languages
  • Excellent written and oral English.
Travel / Rotation Requirements
  • Some travel may be required.
Compensation and Benefits

Compensation:
Max $85,000 per annum (subject to experience, qualifications, and market data). Benefits include a comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plan, 401(k) with employer match, paid time off, and annual bonus. The company complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws.
