Coordinator Billing – Pauley Construction, LLC

The Coordinator Billing role ensures accurate and timely billing to our customers, cycling outstanding billing work as quickly as possible. The position will hit monthly and quarterly goals, maintaining work in progress below a certain threshold while ensuring high quality and timely completion. This role is tiered into Coordinator and Lead levels based on responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Daily production entry.
- Accuracy and timeliness of billing and invoices.
- Resolve billing situations and customer issues promptly.
- Manage reports such as top dollar and unbilled aging reports.
- Resubmit denied CUPS.
- Send daily DVS emails.
- Understand contracts, billable items, and material billing.
- Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly billing goals.
- Perform other billing/office tasks as assigned, including payroll‑related items where applicable.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Pass background check and drug screening.
- Complete all required training and attend after‑hours or on‑call duties if needed.
- Timely attendance essential.
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external customers.
- Two or more years of office experience.
- Billing experience.
- Telecommunications experience preferred.
- Combination of education/experience demonstrating ability to perform job duties.

Hourly wage: $20.00 - $28.00, depending on experience.
