Compensation $60,000.00/year

Soar Autism Center is building a network of interdisciplinary clinics where children with autism and their families receive life‑shaping services that support them to thrive. We prioritize early intervention, comprehensive supportive services, and positive, developmentally‑appropriate learning that meets the needs of each unique child and family. Specifically, we focus on integrated autism care and a play‑based model of applied behavior analysis (ABA) based on the principles of the Early Start Denver Model.

The

Clinic Operations Associate Manager, or Assistant Operations Manager (AOM), position is a great opportunity for current RBTs who are looking for leadership opportunities.

The AOM will work in partnership with the Clinical Operations Director for our Citadel clinic. This is a great growth opportunity for an RBT looking to move into an operational role and gain some direct experience in that work. The role should prepare you well for additional opportunities and enable growth within Soar’s operations.

  • For the first 4-6 months, this AOM role will be an hourly position comprised of 25-50% of daily scheduling and 50-75% of RBT direct sessions. The hourly rate will be $22.00.
  • After the 4-6 month period when the center census supports it, the AOM role will become a salaried position at $60,000.
What you will do:

Scheduling (25-50%)
  • Leading daily scheduling (7-10 AM MST), which will be a primary duty each morning with a hard stop by 10:30, should be handed‑off to evening / next‑day scheduling team
  • Utilizing independent, critical thinking skills to make daily scheduling decisions
Direct RBT responsibilities (50-75%)
  • Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to the profession's high standards
  • Implement intervention plans crafted by our expert BCBAs, ensuring alignment with Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy principles
  • Foster relationships with families, consistently updating them on their child's progress within the ABA framework
  • Engage in ongoing training and development, keeping up-to-date with advancements in ABA therapy and RBT certification
  • Serve as an on‑call RBT, supporting and mentoring other RBTs during times of urgent need (e.g., very challenging behavior support)
  • Continue to take care of other duties while not actively supporting other RBTs in need
As the role evolves, and RBT responsibilities reduce, additional tasks will include:
  • Performing center environment fidelity checks and taking accountability for keeping the center up to expectation, including:
    • Restocking necessary items
    • Submitting replacement order requests
    • Fixing / replacing broken toys
    • Ordering supplies as needed and approved by COD
  • Primary owner for art & circle time prep, including:
    • Staff communications
    • Organization & planning
    • Materials preparation
    • Supporting staff helping with art & circle time to ensure everything completed to fidelity
  • Structured session schedule adherence / fidelity
  • Help assign ICT tasks for other RBTs
Qualifications
  • Current or previous experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred.
  • This is a full‑time position. It will begin as 50% scheduling and 50% RBT direct sessions
What We Offer:
  • Regular bonus and promotion opportunities. All staff members are considered every 3 months for a raise or promotion
  • Student loan repayment and tuition reimbursement benefits
  • Priority access for in‑network mental health support through our partnership with Sol Mental Health
  • Supportive training to learn Soar's care model
  • Tons of support from our multidisciplinary team
  • A collaborative and fun environment where every team member's contribution is valued
