Cedar Springs Hospital is seeking a talented and dynamic Inpatient Lead Therapist to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals! Full‑time days, 8‑hour shift, one weekend shift per week.
Minimum Salary: $75,000 – $80,000. Retention sign‑on bonus of $5,000 – $8,000 depending on experience and licensure.

- Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients within the acute care setting.
- Primary responsibility for treatment and discharge planning, and interface with community agencies and referral sources throughout the client’s course of treatment.
- Oversight of all social work functions for acute patients and staff, including psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, active treatment, and discharge planning.
- Supervise MSW interns and provide additional leadership within the clinical department.

Education / ExperienceMaster’s degree (MSW) or LCSW, licensed in the State of Colorado. Four years of clinical experience required.
Physical RequirementsMust be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; full range of body motion including handling and physical restraint of patients; able to perform CPR and first aid; able to work rotating schedules; able to drive a vehicle if necessary; must be able to speak, read, and write; emotional stability necessary to perform essential functions; vision and hearing sufficient to perform essential functions.
