- Provide high-quality, 1:1 behavioral interventions and instructional programs designed to help students develop social, communication, and self-regulation skills.
- Collect and record behavioral data to monitor student development, ensuring all interventions align with established Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Partner with BCBAs and school staff to refine support strategies and ensure a consistent, therapeutic approach.
- Maintain a safe, positive, and productive learning environment for students with complex behavioral needs, utilizing specialized crisis prevention and de-escalation techniques.
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification(Required)
- Must be a Licensed Behavior Technician (LBT) through the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA)
- Prior work in ABA therapy or behavior management within an educational or clinical setting
- Top Compensation:
