Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high‑quality plasma you collect will become life‑changing medicines. Commitment to customer service and quality is expected. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and perform as a plasma donor screener and phlebotomist to support plasma center operations.
Key Responsibilities- Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donor safety.
- Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger‑stick results.
- Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
- Help identify operational improvement opportunities and initiate changes to center processes using company‑approved procedures.
- Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
- Ability to lift routine loads up to 5 lbs. and occasional loads up to 32 lbs. (rarely 50 lbs.).
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
- Experience (≥1 year) in a customer or patient‑facing role is helpful.
- Starting hourly wage: $18.00 (subject to local minimum wage).

- Up to 80 hours of sick time per year; new hires accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
