Contract Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Keystone Achievements is seeking a BCBA for one of our three locations in Colorado Springs, CO. We are a visionary growing company committed to trauma‑informed, child‑focused clinical care. Therapy is delivered in our centers and as a combination of in‑home, in‑center, and community sessions. Sessions run Monday‑Friday 8:00 am‑5:00 pm, allowing evenings and weekends for a healthy work‑life balance. We use a whole‑person ABA approach, integrating physical wellness, self‑care, mindfulness, and individualized programs for cognitive and language development.
CompensationHourly rate: $75.00 per hour (negotiable number of clients and hours). Paid for indirect hours.
Clinical and Organizational Approach- Tenant of trauma‑informed care, ensuring safety, collaboration, trust, empowerment, and choice.
- Focus on functional skills that support students’ autonomy and life goals.
- No force compliance; consent for physical contact unless a serious safety issue.
- Evidence‑based treatments; update practices based on research.
- Conduct behavioral assessment, treatment planning, and report writing.
- Provide clinical supervision to staff and mentor new BCBAs.
- Facilitate a collaborative, positive staff environment and meet performance metrics.
- Maintain open communication with families and address concerns with compassion.
- Perform duties consistent with Keystone’s clinical approach.
- BCBA certification and BACB supervision standards compliance.
- Minimum 2–20 years of experience working with children with developmental disabilities or behavior disorders.
- Experience with assessment protocols such as Vineland, VB‑MAPP, ABLLS, and AFLS (strongly preferred).
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑awareness of personal bias and demonstration of leadership, integrity, and clinical skill.
- Embrace therapeutic philosophy and organizational culture of compassion.
- Serve as clinical leader of team at assigned center.
- Promote collaboration, excellence, and positive staff experience.
- Maintain team camaraderie, compassion, and learning.
- Provide clinical supervision to clinical staff.
- Pass national and local background check.
- Valid driver's license.
- Moderate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and general computer skills.
