The role is dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families.

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide remote or in‑person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.
• Conduct remote or in‑person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.

• Active BCBA Certification from the BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education or a related field.
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision and parent training preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Passion for creating positive outcomes for children with autism and their families.
• Must live in CO.

$120 per hour
