Peak Vista Community Health Centers is a nonprofit health care organization whose mission is to provide exceptional health care to people facing access barriers through clinical programs and education. We provide integrated health care services including medical, dental, and behavioral health through our 20 outpatient health centers. We deliver care with our strong "Hospitality" culture. Our service area covers 14 counties, from the front range to the Kansas border, with locations throughout Colorado Springs, Fountain, Divide, Limon, and Strasburg. Peak Vista is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, Inc. (AAAHC).

$21.43 to $31.07 hourly, based on experience

$300 payout upon 30 days of employment, $300 payout upon 90 days of employment, and $400 payout upon one year of employment. Current employees are not eligible for the sign‑on bonus.

$1200 upon 1 year of service and then a $300 payout for every additional 3 months worked. This bonus applies to full‑time employees only. The amount will be prorated for part‑time employees.

Provides patient care under the direction of a licensed healthcare provider. Schedules appointments and performs the necessary intake functions for arriving patients, assists in questions, directs telephone calls, and other patient service duties. Performs routine clinical and administrative duties in support of provider, patient, and assigned area. The Medical Assistant contributes to the success of the clinic by ensuring the quality of care provided to the patient.

Education, Certification, Licensure:
Registered/Certified Medical Assistant & Current CPR (BLS) Certification.

Relevant healthcare experience preferred.
