Talem Home Care is seeking caring and compassionate individuals to join our team of In Home Personal Care Providers in Union Grove WI 53182. We are looking to cover 12 hour shifts on Tuesdays and Sundays and some Saturdays. We also cover Racine WI 53403 and surrounding areas such as Oak Creek 53154 and Kenosha 53143. As a Personal Care Provider, you'll provide unskilled personal care and household services for clients in their homes.

You'll assist with household chores, personal hygiene, and provide companionship to ensure our clients' spaces are clean, safe, and organized. We have 11 hour shifts available for a couple in Union Grove.

• Provide unskilled personal care and household services for clients in their homes.

• Valid driver's license or state
• Access to a reliable automobile or public transportation
• Completion of a twenty-hour training program or six months of personal care experience in a home care setting preferred

• Able to stand, kneel, bend at knees, and squat throughout the day
• Ability to safely assist clients in and out of a vehicle and safely lift a wheelchair or walker weighing up to 50lbs into and out of a vehicle
• Physical ability to lift and transfer clients
• Use arms, legs, feet, hands, and fingers to assist clients with performing tasks of daily living
• Frequently move the whole body to perform tasks such as lifting, light housekeeping, walking, and driving
• Sitting for long periods of time
• Ability to see and hear well (naturally or with correction)
