House Attendant

Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant

Pay Range: $16.92-$17.50 per hour

• Cleans and maintains guest hallways, corridors, elevators, stairways, and assigned service areas.
• Sweeps, scrubs, mops floors and guest room patios.
• Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
• Transports trash, broken glass, and waste to the proper disposal area.
• Performs special deep‑cleaning assignments throughout the hotel.
• Reports maintenance orders and inputs work orders via HOTSOS.
• Empties wastebaskets and glass container bins in all assigned areas.
• Delivers refrigerators, baby cribs, rollaway beds, and other furniture to guestrooms.
• Assists in the delivery of all guests’ requests related to housekeeping.
• Delivers clean bathrobes to linen closets and guest rooms upon request.
• Drains and fills ice chests/bins in linen closets.
• Assists in moving guest room furniture for cleaning or to meet guest needs.
• Delivers supplies to linen closets.
• Stocks proper glassware and removes dirty dishes from linen closets.
• Trained on how to make a rollway, guest room bed, and sofa bed.
• Defeathers guest rooms using a chemical‑free process.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Upholds and abides by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• All other duties assigned by Executives, Supervisors and Leads.

• High school diploma or General Education Degree, preferably with one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Occasional heavy lifting (up to 100 lbs. with assistance) in an indoor/outdoor environment.
• Able to drive a company vehicle with an up‑to‑date driver’s license.
