Pay Rate: $16.92 per hour.

This role plays a key part in upholding our reputation and delivering exceptional guest service. As a member of the housekeeping team, you will provide evening service in assigned guest room sections.

• Interact with guests by meeting the 16 Service Standards set by the hotel.
• Remove decorative pillows and place them on closet shelf/luggage rack/bench.
• Turn down beds.
• Place throw blanket on overstuffed chair.
• Place chocolates on the nightstand.
• Switch on nightstand lamps and turn radio on easy listening music.
• Close windows, drapes, blinds and shades.
• Empty trashcans, clean ashtrays, remove empty bottles and dirty dishes.
• Pick up and organize guest shoes, clothing, magazines and belongings.
• Remove soiled bathroom linen and replace with clean.
• Replenish bathroom supplies as necessary.
• Replace glasses.
• Clean sink, bathtub, toilet and floor.
• Report maintenance problems to housekeeping office.
• Deliver ice with service.
• Change bed linens as necessary.
• Stock work cart at the end of the shift.
• Use telephone to identify completion of service.
• Deliver guest request items if needed or requested.
• Work in a fast‑paced team‑oriented environment.
• Uphold and abide by Broadmoor policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned or necessary.

• High school diploma or GED; hospitality experience desired.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Occasional heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs. with assistance); works indoors and outdoors; may be exposed to fumes or chemicals.
