This role plays a key part in continuing to uphold our reputation and providing exceptional service to our guests. As a member of the Concierge team, you will ensure guest satisfaction through prompt and efficient service in a courteous and professional manner.

You will be responsible for greeting, assisting, and providing guests with information.

• Answers inquiries, offers suggestions, and provides descriptive literature pertaining to Hotel, trips, excursions, sports events, concerts, and plays.
• Maintains current listing of hours of Hotel facilities as well as local attractions and events.
• Responds to requests for information for future guests.
• Provides information about dining at The Broadmoor as well as off-property dining and secures reservations.
• Secures Spa reservations, arranges tee times, tennis court time, arranges balloon flights, rafting trips and other requests.
• Constantly updates Concierge information books.
• Obtains complete and accurate information when handling all guest requests.
• Conducts historical, property, and other special tours for the guests. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

• One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bilingual or multi-lingual language ability a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Occasional heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) with a work environment that may be indoors and outdoors at times.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
