Great Wolf Lodge is looking for energetic, guest‑focused professionals to serve as Guest Service & Sales Agents. Your role will be the first and last point of contact for guests, while driving revenue through consultative selling of reservations, room upgrades, and resort packages.
Pay & IncentivesBase pay: $16.00 per hour.
In addition to base pay, Pack members may earn incentive pay ranging from $2–$5 per hour based on performance.

- Promote lodge offerings and upgrades through consultative sales.
- Engage guests in proactive conversations to uncover hidden needs and add‑on experiences.
- Respond to guest inquiries and special requests with warmth, accuracy and concierge‑level service.
- Use mobile devices, self‑service kiosks and property software for seamless, tech‑enabled experiences.
- Verify guest identity, process secure payments and manage billing.
- Maintain accurate records of stays, room assignments and transactions.
- Handle lost‑and‑found items with care and proper documentation.
- Communicate guest needs to departments for timely resolution.
- Keep the front desk and lobby area clean, organized and welcoming.
- Offer guidance on resort amenities, local attractions and directions for guests.
Qualifications & Skills
- Flexibility with schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Previous customer service and/or sales experience.
- Successful background check and drug screening.
- Empathy and a genuine desire to serve others; ability to anticipate guest needs.
- Enthusiastic, positive, proactive and dependable.
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
- Excellent multitasking and prioritization in fast‑paced environments.
- Comfortable with mobile technology, front desk software, and self‑service kiosks.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to upsell and cross‑sell resort offerings.
- Strong consultative selling skills and real‑time recommendation tailoring.
- Rapport building, storytelling or product knowledge to drive interest.
- Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, reach and stoop for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a busy, loud, guest‑facing environment with frequent distractions.
- Clear speaking, attentive listening and responsive communication in a dynamic setting.
