Responsibilities include supporting the General Manager in overseeing hotel operations, driving team performance toward exceptional guest satisfaction, enhancing employee productivity, and maximizing profitability. Key focus areas will include service quality, operational efficiency, brand compliance, and overall guest experience.

The ideal candidate should be either a Chinese national with substantial international experience, or an expatriate with long-term experience in China and a deep understanding of the local market. In addition to expertise in F&B operations, the candidate should possess knowledge of F&B sales, marketing communications, rooms division, and revenue management.
