Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Director of Rooms is responsible to assist the Director of Rooms in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all operational aspects of the Rooms Division and ensuring that the various departments are run according to the standards set for the brand in general and the hotel specifically.
QualificationsIdeally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Director of Rooms or Front Office Manager. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
