Renjoy manages 200+ vacation rental homes across Colorado, scaling toward 400 by 2028. We run guest experience, maintenance, and housekeeping entirely in-house, and we operate as a company focused on hospitality and judgment. Our team of 100+ spans the country and beyond.
Property Onboarding LeadClassification:
Full-time, W-2, Salaried, Exempt
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, weekends as needed
Compensation: $58,000-$62,000 per year + mileage
Every new home that joins Renjoy goes through you. You own onboarding end to end: from signed contract to guest-ready property to a clean handoff to Owner Relations. You set the timeline, utilize the vendors, make the calls, and make sure nothing launches until it's right.
You'll also own off-boarding, so homes that leave us leave cleanly.
What You Own- Onboarding pipeline:
Manage the launch plan for every new property. Set priorities and deadlines, and ensure the home is ready to go live on time. - Compliance & setup:
Secure permits and insurance, and collect owner ACH and W-9 information. Resolve issues that hold up a launch. - Vendor selection:
Evaluate, select, and secure property services such as lawn, irrigation, snow removal, and trash. Negotiate scope with vendors. - Property readiness:
Run mechanical stress tests and judge which issues block launch and which can wait. Coordinate deep cleans and technology installs. - Standards & templates:
Build and improve the onboarding templates, checklists, and data standards that make every launch repeatable. - Reporting:
Track onboarding timelines and launch quality. Report to leadership on what's working and what's not. - Team direction:
Assign and review the work of the Onboarding Specialist and coordinate across Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Guest Experience. - Handoff & off-boarding:
Deliver fully onboarded homes to the Owner Relations Manager, and lead the off-boarding process.
- You spot what's missing before anyone asks, then you fix it.
- When you commit to a launch date, you hit it.
- You leave every process better than you found it, and you build systems instead of workarounds.
- When something slips, you own it, tell the right people fast, and get it back on track.
- You hold your ground with assertive managers, owners, and vendors. You say what needs to be said, respectfully and directly.
- You lead through partnership. You know a launch only works when every team wins.
- 2+ years of project management, property operations, or a similar role
- Strong organization and attention to detail. You run multiple projects at once without dropping any.
- Comfortable with data: you build reports and use numbers to make decisions
- Computer literate. Experience with AI tools is strongly preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude. You can look at HVAC, plumbing, or a hot tub and know when something's off.
- Experience with vacation rentals, property management, or hospitality is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
