Ignite is currently seeking a driven, detail-oriented C2
BMC Principal Systems Analyst to join the TEAMS NEXT support staff with a primary assignment supporting the Missile Defense Agency’s Command, Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2
BMC). The assignment is located at Schriver SFB, CO.
- Facilitate user‑developer interactions to ensure user requirements are addressed.
- Assist with continuous process improvement, innovation implementation, business analytics, and operational effectiveness.
- Help define program vision and direction, determine execution plans, identify critical mission and technology gaps, challenges, and opportunities, and develop potential solutions.
- Develop and execute improvement programs.
- Oversee IT infrastructure and facility upgrade projects.
- Coordinate C3BM schedules with internal and external organizations, integrate data from related projects, make recommendations, update affected organizations, and secure approval.
- Evaluate technical interfaces for interoperability issues between MDA/BC program efforts and other MDS elements or programs.
- Observe current and future C2
BMC spirals and assist with development, integration, test, deficiency review process, adjudication, and verification. - Assess the readiness of the C2
BMC System Support Center (CSSC) to support operational events and plans. - Support CSSC operations during real‑world, test, and training events.
- Assist with personnel accountability measures and procedures for exercises and real‑world events.
- Coordinate scheduling for maintenance, project‑related, and other activities requiring access into BNOSC‑controlled areas.
- Coordinate access to the BMDS Network Operations and Security Center (BNOSC) footprint for personnel not permanently authorized, including cleaning staff and VIP visits.
- Assist with BNOSC and quadrant operations cabling infrastructure.
- Assess concept documentation, network integration plans, gap analysis, product supportability and sustainability, cyber security policies, network operations TTPs, and certification processes.
- MA/MS degree with 12+ years of experience or BA/BS degree with 20+ years of experience.
- Active Secret clearance.
- Experience in IT enterprise infrastructure deployment and sustainment projects.
- Understanding of the requirements review and design review process.
- Experience with Missile Defense Agency and C2
BMC preferred.
Must have an active Secret Security Clearance.
Education RequirementsBachelor’s Degree.
Other RequirementsMust be a U.S. citizen and able to hold an active Security Clearance at the Secret level.
Salary Range$100,000 – $130,000.
