Position: Network Administrator with Security Clearance
Overview Please note that this position is contingent upon the successful award of a contract currently under bid. Nisga'a CIOPS provides hands-on experienced services to civilian and DoD programs worldwide. Delivering highly skilled, cleared personnel who provide services on five continents for a portfolio of customers.

Summary:

The Network Administrator will assist in the development and maintenance of network communications. Uses knowledge of LAN/WAN systems to help design and install internal and external networks. Tests and evaluates network systems to eliminate problems and make improvements. Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

* Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
* Performs various Tier I and Tier II service desk duties.
* Assist in the design, installation, and configuration of LAN/WAN infrastructure and network hardware.
* Support the maintenance and monitoring of network systems to ensure high availability and performance.
* Conduct network testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve connectivity or performance issues.
* Collaborate with senior network engineers and IT staff to implement network improvements and upgrades.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation, including diagrams and configuration records.
* Provide technical support for network-related service requests and incidents.
* Participate in the evaluation of new networking technologies and tools. Qualifications Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
* Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
* Basic understanding of network protocols, routing and switching, and LAN/WAN technologies.
* Familiarity with network hardware such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

* At least 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
* IAT Level II Certification
* Must have active TS/SCI

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience working in federal or defense environments.
* Industry standard technical and network certifications. #CJ Pay and Benefits The salary range for this position is $88,000.00 to $99,000.00 annually.
