ESS-IS-IT - Network Engineer

VTG is looking for an ESS-IS-IT Network Engineer in Cape Canaveral, FL and Colorado Springs, CO.

Enterprise Staff Services - Information Support (IS) provides support for the OSL Associate Chief Information Officer (ACIO) for launch enterprise Mission IT and service capabilities across the OSL enterprise. ESS-IS adapts with evolving NRO strategies and IT-IA-IM ecosystems. ESS-IS manages and supports knowledge, information, collaborative tools and custom applications.

Information enablers (data, technology, equipment, application, system, network, enterprise, etc.) supporting automated information handling (creation, collection, storage, protection, transmission, sharing, collaboration, integration, search, discovery, retrieval, dissemination, etc.). Functions and related tasks may include:

• IT computer engineer
• IT data architect
• IT systems engineering
• IT network engineering
• IT systems analysis
• IT software development
• IT systems integrator

Position requires a current and active TS/SCI with Poly. Years experience can be substituted as follows:

• 5 YEARS EXP = ASSOCIATES
• 10 YEARS EXP = BACHELORS
• 15 YEARS EXP = MASTERS

Pay Range: VTG’s estimated starting pay range is $150,000 - $210,000 annually, which is a general guideline for the geographic location. When extending an offer, VTG also considers work experience, education, skill level, market considerations and may possibly include contractual requirements which may cause an offer to fall outside of this range.

ESS-IS adapts with evolving NRO strategies and IT-IA-IM ecosystems. ESS-IS manages and supports knowledge, information, collaborative tools and custom applications. These services may include Information Technology (IT), Information Assurance (IA), and Information Management (IM) as defined in NRO NBF 50, dated 8 April 2013.
