OverviewDark Star Intelligence is seeking a JM & Senior Planning Analyst who will support HQ SpOC planning and programming efforts through data validation, coordination, and technical integration activities. This role assists in the execution of the Space Enterprise Analysis Review (SpEAR), facilitates planning communication with internal and external partners, and contributes to portfolio assessments through analysis, reporting, and briefing development. The analyst also supports strategic planning events and ensures alignment of data and recommendations with Space Force objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive staff support including task response, document review and development, training plan validation, and SAP policy integration.
- Provide quarterly updates and training support for the Space Enterprise Analysis Review (SpEAR); brief stakeholders and assist new team members.
- Provide technical liaison support between HQ SpOC/S8Z and partner organizations; summarize key planning issues and recommendations.
- Conduct data validation, constraint analysis, and optimization studies in support of investment and portfolio planning.
- Develop briefings, talking papers, and planning materials to support leadership advocacy and integration objectives.
- Attend technical exchanges and conferences; provide summaries and trip reports to support planning integration activities.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance; SAP eligibility.
- JM - Minimum 5 years of PPBE experience supporting military or defense organizations, with expertise in doctrine development, strategic integration, and enterprise-level analysis.
- Senior - Minimum 10 years of PPBE experience supporting military or defense organizations, with expertise in doctrine development, strategic integration, and enterprise-level analysis.
