This individual will play a pivotal role in developing innovative and effective solutions for our DoD customers within the IC sector.

The Cyber Watch Officer will provide multi-agency 24x7x365 cybersecurity event monitoring and intermediate cyber threat analysis management. This role requires coordination across multiple agency-specific watch officers, leading coordinated responses, and reporting information to leadership to support risk-based recommendations. The ideal candidate will have watch experience supporting a Federal Cyber Center (FCC) such as Joint Forces Headquarters (JFHQ) Department of Defense Information Network (DODIN), Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), or Intelligence Community Security Coordination Center (IC SCC).

This position includes multiple shifts to support 24/7/365 operations.

• Provide continuous security monitoring and cyber threat analysis for Federal Government networks.

• Coordinate responses across multiple agency-specific Watch Officers.

• Lead the coordinated incident response process for cybersecurity events.

• Deliver reports and intelligence analysis to leadership to support risk-based decision-making.

• Operate across both classified and unclassified networks.

• Support 24/7/365 operations with shift flexibility.

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in cybersecurity, watch officer duties, or incident response.

• Familiarity with cybersecurity operations within the Federal Government.

• Experience supporting cyber watch across both classified and unclassified networks.

• IAT Level II Compliance (Security+, CCNA Security, SSCP, or equivalent certification).

• Experience with cybersecurity operations in Intelligence Community networks.

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
