We are seeking an Excel Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate data flow between field technicians and internal systems. You will review, analyze, and process field tickets, maintain data integrity, and support reporting for accounting and operational teams. • Review and process field tickets submitted by technicians, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Compare data between field inputs and internal databases; identify discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
• Communicate with field technicians to clarify and correct data issues (approximately 60% of the role).
• Utilize Excel tools to receive ticket data, perform calculations, and adjust data as needed.
• Enter statements and data into internal systems accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor queues to identify patterns and potential issues.
• Build and maintain reports for the accounting department and other stakeholders.
• Support data analysis initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

• Strong proficiency in Excel (including formulas and calculations).
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data and identify discrepancies.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with field technicians.
• Experience with data entry and manual processing.

• Background in accounting, math/science, or data analytics.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and workflow management tools.
• Experience building reports for finance or operations teams.

• Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable working in a high‑volume, deadline‑driven environment.

This is a Contract position based out of Colorado Springs, CO.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
