SharePoint Content Manager

Overview

ECS is seeking a SharePoint Content Manager to work in our Colorado Spring, CO office. This position is contingent upon contract award.

• Support United States Space Force (USSF) Enterprise Information Services (EIS) for SpOC SharePoint sites.
• Support EIS Training for HQ SpOC users.
• Manage Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) licenses and team names/workflows for USSF units.
• Provide content governance, site administration, and oversight of subordinate administrators.
• Monitor permissions, coordinate with the Help Desk, and resolve content issues.
• Review change proposals and provide technical input to the SharePoint Change Advisory Board (CAB), ensuring configuration changes meet governance and security requirements.
• Maintain strong organizational and communication skills to support effective oversight, accurate records, and consistent, compliant content delivery.

• Expertise in managing SharePoint content environments with adherence to configuration and change management standards.
• Experience in content governance, site administration, and oversight of subordinate administrators.
• Proficiency in monitoring permissions and coordinating with the Help Desk; ability to resolve content issues.
• Experience reviewing change proposals and providing technical input to governance bodies to ensure security and compliance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• On-site at Peterson AFB in Colorado Springs, CO; must possess a SECRET clearance.
• Salary Range: $90,000 – $100,000.

Requirements:
Batchelor’s degree in a related field;
Secret Clearance; 5 years of experience working with SharePoint.
