The Opportunity

CAA CACI is responsible for providing comprehensive Integrated Product Support (IPS) services for the Tactical Integrated Ground Suite (TIGS) System of Systems (SoS). These services cover a range of support categories including management, engineering, maintenance, supply, data, training, continuous support, infrastructure, logistics, and personnel. The primary objective of these diverse services is to ensure war fighting readiness across the globe by increasing the operational availability and mission effectiveness of all currently deployed and future TIGS SoS.

Responsibilities
  • Provide installation of TIGS systems/sub-systems and supporting systems; installation of technical services for operations and maintenance of C5IM systems; integration of Audio/Visual equipment; cable installation including Cat 6, fiber optic, control cable, IPTV and speaker wire in support of Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) services.
  • Test components to ensure cables and equipment are within proper specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and determine system performance issues and provide solutions.
  • Remove obsolete systems and equipment while adhering to proper disposal and documentation/handling procedures.
  • Support implementation of technical solutions, install interfaces, and ensure devices are operational.
  • Install, integrate, test, and manage TIG systems of systems.
  • Possess and apply comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments.
  • Plan and lead major technology assignments.
  • Act as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.
  • May supervise others.
Qualifications
  • Must hold an active TS with SCI preferred. Ability to obtain SCI required.
  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years’ experience.
  • Proven ability to lead and facilitate meetings with diverse groups of stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience with change management tools.
  • Must demonstrate a broader skill set and work experiences across multiple FSR roles. Expected to lead at least one role, manage projects, mentor junior staff, and contribute to strategic planning within their area of expertise.

Desired:

  • Experience working in the field supporting DoD.
  • Experience with installation, repair and testing of technology systems in remote areas.
  • Experience with FOC and copper cable repair.
  • Knowledge of Dev Ops practices and principles.

    • FSR – System Maintainer Role: Troubleshoot hardware issues, perform repairs, and conduct software updates and upgrades. Ensure operational readiness through preventative maintenance and functional validation of parts and systems.
    • FSR – Logistician/Acquisition/Supply Chain Role: Manage flow of materials and logistics, including inventory control, material planning, and acquisition activities. Ensure efficient inventory management and supply chain operations.
    • FSR – Trainer Role: Develop and conduct training programs, align training materials with users’ knowledge and experience. Conduct classroom and hands‑on training on system operations, administration, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
    • FSR – Customer Support Role: Provide direct assistance and support to users, offer guidance for routine maintenance and troubleshooting. Manage 24/7 help desk support and fielding tasks.
    • FSR – Systems Analysis, Integration, and Test Support Role: Work with the development team to create and maintain technical publications, integrate hardware and software capabilities, and validate systems before release. Analyze system changes and ensure adherence to test plans during government‑witnessed validation testing.
