Senior System Administrator to provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems. Manages IT system infrastructure and related processes. Provides day-to-day operations support, monitoring and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices. Provides Tier I (Help Desk) and Tier II (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution. Supports escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.

Supports the dispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process. Configures and manages UNIX and Windows operating systems and installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoots, maintains integrity and configures network components along with implementing operating system enhancements to improve reliability and performance.

A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.

Ten (10) years of experience as a System Administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SA experience substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

Erias Ventures provides a complete package of wealth, health, and happiness benefits. The expected salary range for this position, depending on education and years of experience is $190,000 - $210,000.
