Position: FAMILY LAW ATTORNEY
  • Previous family law experience (preferred)
  • Previous experience with Special Juvenile Immigrant cases (preferred)
  • Current member in good standing with the Colorado bar
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Draft correspondence and pleadings
  • Conduct research and maintain competence
  • Engage in client communication and counseling
  • Conduct witness interviews and prep
  • Prepare cases for discovery and trial
  • Make court appearances
  • Negotiate and draft agreements
  • Communicate with opposing counsel and the courts
  • Work closely with managing attorney, partner attorneys, other associates, and paralegals
  • Develop case strategies and tactics to effectively represent clients
  • Communicate consistently with clients
  • Spanish speaking preferred*
