Senior In-House Litigation Attorney

We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team  role focuses on managing complex litigation and providing proactive risk counseling across regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and other areas. This is a mid‑senior level, full‑time position based in Madison, WI. Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed.

• Manage complex litigation and counseling on potential risk areas.
• Handle and win multi‑million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling.
• Represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings.
• Forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad.
• Increase responsibility rapidly as knowledge and industry expertise grow.

• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Eye for detail, creative mind, excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
