• Assist attorney in preparation of immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions;
• Draft, review, and prepare legal documents for visa types such as E-1, E-2, E-3, H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, I-140, PERM Labor Certification (ETA-9089), AOS (Adjustment of Status), N-400 Naturalization filings, and family-based Adjustment of Status filings;
• Manage a caseload of visa matters utilizing case management software;
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding procedural and case processing issues;
• Analyze case documents and prepare immigration applications for filing and RFE Responses;
• Draft petitions, applications, and specialized support letters detailing eligibility for visa classification;
• Learn procedural and processing requirements for various types of visa petitions;
• Conduct legal research on immigration regulations and procedures;
• Review and approve client billing under supervision of partner or attorney;
• Work closely in team environment, while building knowledge of firm and client processes; and
• Contribute to the efficient and effective operation of the firm’s workflow.

Bachelors degree (or equivalent);
Preferred 3 years of experience in a professional immigration environment;
Demonstrated client service focus; and Excellent oral, writing, research, organizational, and proofreading skills.
