Mulliken Weiner Berg & Jolivet P.C. is looking for an experienced civil trial attorney to join our team!

• Six or more years of civil litigation and trial experience
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• License to practice law in Colorado or the ability to waive in
• Trial experience with a demonstrated ability to lead cases independently
• Excellent legal writing skills
• Top tier academic credentials, communication skills, and advocacy skills
• Strong references

To excel in this role, the candidate must be a self-starter with a proven ability to perform the following at a high level:

• Organizational Management:
  Meet deadlines, manage support staff, and communicate with clients under minimal supervision.
• Case Ownership:
  Develop and execute case strategy as part of our Firm’s litigation team.
• Case Analysis:
  Analyze complex issues and articulate clear, winning arguments.
• Discovery
  
  Skills:
  
  Manage records, written discovery, depositions, and discovery disputes.
• Advocacy:
  Tell a compelling story and present persuasive legal arguments.
• Client Relationship:
  Act as client contact; provide well‑considered strategic counsel to clients.
• Trial Readiness:
  Try a case successfully from start to finish.

Job Type: Full‑Time Exempt

Base Salary Range for 6-10 years of litigation experience: $130,000 to $180,000

Base Salary Range for 11-15 years of litigation experience: $170,000 to 210,000

Bonuses:
Eligible for discretionary performance‑based bonuses

Billable Hours Expectation: 140-150 billable hours per month
