Baxter Family Law is looking for a full‑time remote Associate Attorney to join our team.

• Fully Remote (except for court appearances along the front range)
• Position begins hourly but will transition to salary

• Licensed to practice law in Colorado

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain composure and diplomacy in tense situations
• A client‑centered approach that prioritizes long‑term well‑being over “winning”
• Training in family violence and trauma‑informed practice is a plus
