Probate & Estate Administration Attorney

Robert Half has partnered with a premier, boutique law firm in Colorado Springs on the search for a 3+ years' Probate/Estate Administration Attorney. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

+ Handle probate and estate administration matters, including contested and uncontested cases.

+ Draft and review wills, trusts, and related estate planning documents.

+ Represent clients in probate court proceedings and hearings.

+ Advise clients on fiduciary duties, asset distribution, and tax implications.

+ Manage a caseload efficiently while maintaining high standards of client service.

+ Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure timely case progression.

Candidates interested in this position should have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; they should be admitted and in good standing with the Colorado State Bar; and should have 3+ years of related experience. Requirements - Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

- Active membership and good standing with the Colorado State Bar.

- At least 3 years of experience in probate, estate administration, or related legal fields.

- Proficiency in handling civil litigation and drafting legal motions and briefs.

- Strong understanding of fiduciary duties and elder law, including conservatorships and guardian ships.

- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage a caseload independently while maintaining high-quality client service.

- Familiarity with discovery processes and legal documentation requirements.
