Thrive Health Systems is looking for an Operations Manager.
Thrive Health Systems is a natural health care company. Through the years, Thrive has employed largely chiropractic doctors (though there have been medical doctors, physicians assistants, nurse practitioners, and naturopathic doctors on staff as well) to deliver natural solutions to the 80% of chronic and preventable conditions that plague Americans - like structural pain conditions, diabetes, auto-immune conditions, metabolic syndrome, and more.
The Operations Manager ensures facilities, staff, and patients are being serviced excellently. There are many systems that make the daily operations run smoothly, along with the people who make it happen. The job is to manage those systems and people to ensure patient satisfaction and staff compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule Management:
Proper organization and booking of appointments - Respond to incoming new patient calls and form fills within 5 minutes; achieve goals for appointment setting
- Collect all fees prior to and after visits; maintain cancellation goals
- Train front desk assistants (15+ days) successfully and sign off on skills
- Handle customer service and insurance claims with excellence
- Perform technical projects including IT, network, server, Chiro Touch, routers, wireless, etc.
- Manage equipment purchasing and facility maintenance
- Handle crisis management effectively
- Train new doctors on operational tasks
- Oversee operational/administrative tasks for doctors
- Coordinate clinic start-up activities: equipment orders, construction, setup
- Manage clinic moves
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly scoreboards/dashboards
- Manage phone systems and training
- Manage clinic managers and conduct pre-shift meetings
- Handle hiring, firing, discipline, and employee contracts
- Oversee all computer/tech systems and software
- Achieve refund goals
- Responsible for revenue production of the clinic
Skills required to succeed:

- People skills for managing staff and patient relationships
- Technical skills to adapt to changing business systems and technology
- Facilities management understanding for troubleshooting equipment and building issues
- Integrity to build trust with team and patients
Compensation:
$75,000 - $95,000 salary plus bonuses based on key metrics
Time:
Full-time, 40+ hours/week. Evening and weekend work are rare.
Travel:
Site visits to properties in Colorado Springs and Denver, with reimbursement for mileage according to IRS guidelines.
