JI IS HIRING!
Through oversight of all JI programs and services, the Chief Operating Officer ensures that the vision, mission, goals and objectives of the JI Board and CEO are effectively carried out under the direction of CEO. Oversees JI’s program teams/departments and programmatic strategic goals, consults with the CEO about and implements programmatic work plans, coordinates communication among the programs’ teams, and helps to develop and manage the programs’ budgets.
Oversees grant management, reporting and implementation. The COO is charged with overseeing the day-to-day implementation of the CEO’s priorities and JI’s policies and procedures within the program departments.
