We are a natural healthcare company based in Colorado Springs, serving thousands of patients annually across three clinics. We seek an experienced, results‑driven Event Marketing Manager with strong interpersonal, communication, and performance management skills to oversee event marketing at Thrive Health Systems.

• Leadership & Management:
  Lead staff teams to execute events and ensure a superior client (patient) experience.
• Planning and Organization:
  Develop and implement an annual event marketing calendar for each clinic, notify, organize, and train key staff, and ensure events meet goals.
• Event Performance Oversight:
  Manage a small team to prospect for new clients, attract attendees, communicate with stakeholders, market events, and manage setup/tear‑down after each event.
• Relationship Development:
  Identify key partnerships to host events, organize lunch & learn sessions, massage day events, booth exhibitions, and maintain those relationships over time.
• Team Development:
  Recruit, mentor, and develop people for event execution.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an event management role.
• High school diploma or greater.
• Exceptional leadership and management skills with ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Availability to work weekends/evenings as needed for events.
