As a General Manager, you will develop and lead a team to achieve sales, profitability, and operational excellence while upholding brand standards. You will have the opportunity to build and maintain guest satisfaction and grow your career within Applebee’s.

• Develop and lead the team to meet goals and objectives.
• Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Maintain brand expectations and guest satisfaction.
• Generate and write routine reports, communicate effectively with staff and guests.

• Minimum age: 21 years.
• Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Committed to making a positive impact on guests and staff.

• Annual salary: $64,000 – $73,000 (plus profit‑share bonus).
• Daily Pay (where available), flexible work schedules, healthcare benefits, meal discounts.
• Paid time off: 5 days PTO after 6 months continuous employment up to first anniversary; additional vacation up to 40–200 hours per year based on tenure.
• Part‑time managers receive prorated PTO.
• Profit share bonuses and monthly profit‑share program.
• Daily Pay is not available in California.

• Stand and move for up to 10 hours in length.
• Lift up to 50 pounds (pots, pans, boxes, etc.).
• Read, write, and use small tools with finger and hand dexterity.
• Wear protective hand or face coverings during shifts.
• Use disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout shift.
• Wash hands frequently with disinfecting soap.
