This is a full-time, on-site role for Supervisor located in Colorado Springs, CO. The Dispatch Supervisor will oversee dispatch operations, ensuring efficient coordination of staff, resources, and vehicles to meet operational needs. Responsibilities include managing daily schedules, monitoring communications, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves supervising a team of dispatch staff and addressing performance, training, and process improvements.

• Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively manage and lead a team
• Proficiency in Dispatching operations and familiarity with DOT Regulations
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to multitask and respond swiftly in high-pressure situations
• Experience in logistics or emergency services is preferred
• Basic computer literacy and ability to work with dispatch software or systems
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus
