• Operate press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal components according to specifications and blueprints
• Set up and adjust press brake machines for various operations, including selecting appropriate tools, dies, and gauges
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine job requirements
• Perform precise measurements using various measuring tools to ensure accuracy of bent parts
• Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and adherence to specifications
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on press brake machines and related equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and workflow
• Assist in training new operators and sharing knowledge with colleagues
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, material usage, and machine maintenance
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality control standards

• 2-10 years of experience as a Press Brake Operator in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• Proficiency in operating various types of press brake machines, including CNC-controlled equipment
• Strong understanding of metal fabrication techniques, materials, and processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders
• Excellent mathematical skills for precise measurements and calculations
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and inspection techniques
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in metal fabrication is a plus
