We are seeking a skilled HVAC Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our team at HVAC Solutions, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling sheet metal components used in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

• Measure, cut, and shape sheet metal to create ductwork and other HVAC components.
• Operate various tools and equipment such as shears, brakes, and welding machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Ensure all fabricated parts meet quality standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately.

• Preferred 1‑year experience fabricating in HVAC sheet metal or construction‑related trades.
• High School Diploma, GED, Tech Vocational, or Equivalent.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of sheet metal fabrication tools.
• Self‑motivated and able to take direction to work independently or be part of a team.
• Basic sheet metal fabrication hand tools.
• Valid Colorado driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
