Every piece is unique, and your craftsmanship will define the final product. Work under our Head Finisher to create flawless, high-end finishes for custom woodworking projects shipped nationwide. This role is for someone who wants to perfect their craft and be part of a culture that values mastery.
Responsibilities- Prep and sand wood surfaces to a flawless base
- Apply stains, sealers, paints, and lacquers with precision
- Match and create specialty finishes to client/designer specifications
- Mix, test, and document finish formulas for consistency
- Inspect and refine finishes to exact sheen standards
- Maintain a clean, dust-free finishing environment
- Previous finishing or fine woodworking experience preferred. Must be comfortable working with stains, lacquers, and specialty finishes in a shop environment with proper PPE.
